This role is responsible for supporting the AI Initiative within Atheneum partners. Your success is being measured against your effectiveness in building operating AI & data analytics solutions and spread of functional AI implementations
You need to feel comfortable in an environment that not only offers but demands you taking active leadership in your domain, helping identify AI application potentials, championing it’s use within the global organization by building product features and solutions based on AI/ML as well as more traditional data-insight driven approaches and evangelizing their use.
Build, roll out and continuously track & improve the solutions as well as guide and support collaborating peers in the integration of these technologies into coherent and effective solutions.
The interdisciplinary Digitalization team, responsible for all in-house built technology and associated business processes in Atheneum worldwide, consists of analysts, product managers/evangelists, UX specialists, developers of several specializations, QA and stakeholder managers, that form a joint unit for delivering state-of-the-art solutions to meet the challenges of our global internal community of users across the whole organization and all departments, as well as out external partners.
The team structure is kept intentionally flat, the decision culture is highly meritocratic and processes are designed to be red-tape-free. While everyone has their specializations, we encourage a generalist mindset and foster tight collaboration between the different disciplines within the team, as well as external stakeholders and users.
