Job requirements

About the Role

As an Associate, you will connect our clients with experts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
  • Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.
  • Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.

Profiles We Are Seeking

We welcome applications from individuals seeking a corporate career with rapid progression. We are in search of driven, collaborative, resilient, and curious individuals who excel in communication.

Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in French, German and/or Italian is highly desirable.

Start date: April/May 2024

Interview Process

1st Stage Interview: Once we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to a 45-minute first stage interview with a member of the Talent team to further understand your motivations for joining us and assess your understanding of Atheneum and the role. 

2nd Stage Interview: At stage two, you will meet with two of our first line Managers who will ask you further questions about your experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study discussion. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.

3rd Stage Interview: The third and final stage interview will be with two Account Managers who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions the team may have. This interview will also last approximately 60 minutes.

All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless stipulated otherwise by a member of the Talent Team.
