Main Tasks:

• Work with leads across the company and create dashboards and reports to meet their business needs
• Work with the Data Engineers to define clear, easy to use models for the data warehouse
• Lead a team of data analysts to handle requests from the various departments of the company

• Train Atheneum staff how to self-serve data as much as possible for simple requirements
• Design and optimise queries for complex analytics
• Write custom code for any non-standard reports or integrations
• Contribute to and use the shared catalogue of work to avoid duplicating functions that other Data Analysts have created

Profiles we are seeking:

• 4 – 6 year’s experience as a BI/Data Analyst
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Track record of leading a team of data analysts

• Evidenced history of producing visualizations and reports to address business needs
• Detailed, technical understanding and experience with SQL
• Preferred familiarity with AWS Redshift, Python, Tableau and Metabase
