The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Client Engagement Manager for our Lifesciences EMEA team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and promoting growth within our Lifescience accounts.


What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain and grow key Life Science Clients
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve commercial targets.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at target firms.
  • Conducting industry and market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor our services to meet the specific needs of Life Sciences clients.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide and present regular reports on business progress and challenges to the commercial head and executive management.



Job requirements

Job Requirements


  • Previous experience working within Lifescience consulting, account management, medical communication or market research.
  • Strong understanding of the Lifesciences market & stakeholders including key players and industry dynamics.
  • Outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent rapport building, client engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • A team player with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem-solving and issue resolution, an ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
