The Opportunity

This role supports Atheneum’s CRM operations, and they will be responsible for developing our CRM capabilities for reporting & insight development, to produce analysis to inform commercial strategy.

Location: Lahore.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support & continue to develop our CRM reporting infrastructure to generate insights into Atheneum’s commercial operations
  • Ensure data consistency & integrity within our CRM
  • Using CRM data & other data sources to perform analysis on commercial performance
  • Navigate CRM tools to pull regular database insights and reporting to wider team, and ensure timely delivery to relevant teams within the global business
  • Interpret and present findings with first rate analysis, reports & PPTs
  • Contribute to the development of our CRM strategy factoring in the insights the candidate generates
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities & collaborate effectively between different stakeholders

Job requirements

Profiles we are seeking

  • Bachelors/Masters degree standard with a mathematical, analytical and/or statistical component
  • At least 1yr of experience in CRM and/or data analysis
  • Ability to communicate insights quantitatively & qualitatively
  • Collaborative & mindful thinker mindset with a proactive/self starter attitude
  • Highly analytical and strategic minded, capable of critical thinking & creative problem solving
  • Strong computer skills, especially within Microsoft Excel & CRM technology (knowledge of SQL is a plus)
