About Our Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have an interest in full-cycle recruitment and relationship management with colleges/universities across the United States. You will implement and develop creative strategies to engage top-talent across universities through strategic partnerships, career fairs, and other in-person/virtual events.
This role is centered around recruiting for open full-time roles in our New York City and San Francisco offices. You will also be supporting our internal US Talent Acquisition Team in sourcing, interviewing and coordinating top tier talent through our interview process. We are actively seeking an individual who understands the educational system, university job boards like handshake and also local visa requirements.
This role would suit an agency recruiter looking to move in-house, someone with sales experience that is keen to move into a different industry or someone with previous internal recruitment experience. Early careers/graduate recruitment experience would be preferred but not essential. We prefer someone who is a positive influence, high-energy, target driven, and organized with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Actively plan for and attend university career fairs on behalf of Atheneum Partners
Develop relationships with university career offices across the United States
Screening Resumes and conducting interview for top candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers to further streamline recruitment initiatives and processes
Proactively implement initiatives to improve best recruitment practices and drive early careers outreach
Assist the Global Talent Team across our 11 global offices when needed
Other Ad hoc tasks include reporting on numbers regarding hiring progression

Profiles We Are Seeking:
Candidates with recruitment, sales or other client-facing experience (administrative experience is a plus as well)
If coming from a new industry: a desire and ability to learn and take on new responsibilities quickly
The ability to handle and prioritize varied responsibilities
Analytical and target-driven with a strong ability to track recruitment data

$60,000 USD + Performance Bonus
