Our Opportunity:

You will be supporting the local HR Manager in various tasks, such as onboarding, employee relations, organizing events, and ad hoc projects. The US offices are in growth mode, so we are actively seeking an individual who is goal-driven, organized, friendly, and has strong written and oral communication skills. The successful individual will need to be filled with high energy, have a positive influence, act as a role model, exemplar of professionalism, and must be highly motivated to creating an impact. This role would suit a recent college graduate who is looking to get experience in Human Resources.

As an HR Generalist you would get the opportunity to gain experience within the Human Resources department from all different aspects:

  • Support the daily operations of HR
  • Onboarding – creating Contracts, completing E-Verify, organizing New Hire Training Schedule, etc.
  • Collaborate with PEO for benefits, compliance related topics
  • Propose and (where possible) assist both local HR Manager and global HR projects to improve employee satisfaction, employer branding, and HR processes
  • Organizing Employee files; making sure they are up to date
  • Assisting local HR Manager and the Global HR Team with any ad hoc projects
  • Organizing events such as team lunches, events, birthday celebrations, and milestones/accomplishment celebrations
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, set-up new hire desks, new hire breakfast/lunches, and collaborate with IT to ensure employees have necessary equipment
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and room supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
  • Providing local support to the Talent Acquisition Team
