The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with proven leadership skills to lead and focus on our rapidly growing Berlin and Munich offices. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion within the HR function including Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Satisfaction, German Employment Law and Offboarding.

Job requirements

  • Leading the HR Team in Germany and working closely with Global HR Manager to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating with different departments/stakeholders and planning people strategies
  • Working closely with local and Global HR teams on new policies and other global projects (employee satisfaction/experience, retention, etc.)
  • Aligning with different departments/stakeholders and leading rest of HR team to ensure efficient candidate onboarding from contract creation to start date
  • Partnering with different departments/stakeholders and leading rest of HR team to ensure efficient off-boarding process
  • Cooperating with external and internal stakeholders, updating payroll systems and confirming payroll
  • Maintaining up-to-date research on German Labor Law, Covid-19 regulations, visa processing & parental leaves

Profiles We Are Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or similar degrees as Betriebswirt in relevant fields such HR, Management, Psychology or Law
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration
  • First experiences in managing a team
  • Strong experience and knowledge in German Labor Law
  • Strong written and spoken communication in both English and German
