The Opportunity

Our London team is looking for a passionate Recruiter, who eats, sleeps, and breathes talent acquisition best-practices, to help build the foundation of our global recruitment function.

  • Source candidates
  • Own the hiring process directly with the hiring manager
  • Ensure that applicant information is up to date in the ATS
  • Research and pursue new recruitment techniques. Test and determine effectiveness, then share best-practices with the larger team
  • Contribute to and lead projects to improve the candidate experience
  • Evaluate hiring process and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Build relationships with universities to recruit recent graduates
  • Attend recruiting events


About you

You are an engaging and skilled communicator, able to quickly build rapport with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds.

As an entrepreneurial person, you are constantly learning about new trends and have the tenacity to explore new ways of recruiting.

You have a high level of professionalism which makes you a solid sparring partner for hiring managers in order to improve the hiring process and increase the number of high-quality inbound candidates.

Finding and placing great candidates with teams they will thrive in motivates you.

You have high emotional intelligence, which makes you an intuitive communicator, open to new ideas.

You have hands-on experience sourcing on different platforms or with data driven performance marketing.

You are a pitch master, who can sell the team, company and position, effectively and enthusiastically.


  • Min. 1 year of recruiting experience or experience in performance marketing (internships count towards total experience)
  • Bachelor's degree. Note: some common fields studied that make a great People Person include: sociology, law, marketing, communications, human resources, organizational behaviour, cross-cultural studies, social anthropology, public relations, organizational psychology, to name a few.
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing and managing job boards
  • Solid cross-cultural communication skills
  • Written and spoken fluency in English is essential to the role
