The Opportunity:

As Atheneum enters hyper-growth mode in the US (San Francisco and New York) we are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join Team San Francisco to kick hiring forward across North America. Ideally we are seeking an individual who has recruitment experience, a knowledge of the graduate recruitment market and proactive recruitment methods.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, target driven, with excellent communication skills to allow them to build excellent relationships with candidates and internal hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with our other US Talent Specialist and Global Talent Manager to run an efficient and effective recruitment strategy
  • Creating a high quality organic talent pool through LinkedIn, Handshake, Careers Fairs, Referrals
  • Screening and first round interviewing for ‘A Player’ candidates
  • Managing hiring managers and collaborating with the team to organize assessment centers for second and third rounds
  • Offering contracts, partnering with HR General to successfully onboard and retain ‘A Player’ candidates


Job requirements

Profiles we are seeking

  • 1-2 years or more recruitment experience in the United States. This can be agency or in-house work experience
  • Ideally a Bachelors in a relevant field
  • Highly organized and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
  • Team player, must enjoy working in a fast-pace Talent Team, partnering with internal hiring managers in their needs
