We are looking for a Process Manager to ensure software engineering projects that involve business processes are both implemented to the highest possible process effectiveness as well as their smooth operation with the internal customers.


Work directly with users and stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and vison/roadmap. The PM should have an affinity towards technology products and working closely with fellow Analytical Wing members such as Business Analysts, UX designers, Support Engineers as well as Engineering and AI Wings that are making up the Digitalization team.


We’re seeking individuals who can work collaboratively to timelines, budget, process, design and combine the perspective of business stakeholders, UI & UX and engineering. The individual must have a strong process orientation which will help in identifying best practices within Atheneum, prepare those for technological support and process optimization of the team, and support dissemination into the broader organization. The ideal candidate will be able to translate a broad process/ project vision into decisive actions managing the software product life cycle from strategic planning to operational activities.


The position also requires a decent level of understanding of technical and user experience issues typically encountered in web-based product development to be able to support the internal customers using the technology-supported processes.


The ideal candidate should be able to work on a day-day with different stakeholders within the organization, have strong adaptable skills to switch between different project/topics, have strong communication skills and should be able to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making to scope based on business and customer impact. Strong attention to detail as well as visual organization skills are a must.


The person will furthermore be responsible for facilitating the technological and process improvements the Digitalization team has to offer to the whole company by being one of the leading evangelists of process and technological change. As part of that, the team member will help shape the branding of the Digitalization team.


Responsibilities

  • Creation of improvement concepts (Epics), closely aligned with stakeholder and business goals, and fed via a continuously improved, and progressively public idea management process
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress during implementation & adoption
  • Lead the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage and coordinate changes to project scopes, timelines, budget, resources using appropriate qualitative and quantitative verification techniques
  • Use appropriate Project Management Tools and Techniques to measure/track performance and analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Establish and Maintain relationships with all Stakeholders
  • Create and Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report and Escalate to Management wherever needed
  • ·Coordinate Internal resources, priorities for flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Beyond coordination of existing projects, support innovation of new products and their establishment as parts
  • Collect feedback from customers and team members to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of process and developing needs
  • Support tracking project execution and coordinate and support validation of readily developed features with the team
  • Develop and coordinate a knowledge management process, materials and supporting toolset

Other requirements

  • Proven work experience of 2+ years in project management
  • Proven experience in Agile ( Kanban or Scrum ) environment
  • PMP/ Prince 11 certification is a plus
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Proven Experience working with Project Management tools
