The Role 

As a member of Atheneum’s marketing team you will develop the company’s international marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for content creation and increasing the website’s conversions. This will be achieved through maximising the potential of the following social channels – LinkedIn, Facebook Paid Ads, Google Ads, Re-targeting, SEO, on site development, etc. You will need to be able to think strategically but also be very hands on with implementing the strategy. You will work closely with an appointed digital marketing agency and the Marketing Manager to achieve your objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Atheneum’s global marketing strategy, in line with business development needs and overall company
  • Assist in increasing the company website conversions by increasing website traffic and the conversion %
  • Manage and work closely with an appointed digital marketing agency to achieve objectives, scope includes SEO, PPC and Retargeting
  • Strategise, setup, monitor and analyse PPC campaigns (Google Ads)
  • Analyse performance and monitor KPIs of digital campaigns

Job requirements

Profiles We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within B2B services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a plus
  • Understanding of content marketing tasks: SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multinational and cross-functional teams
  • Required English native speaker; knowledge of German preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience with design software is desirable
