Our Opportunity

  • Organizes training schedules, coordinates with global teams and training participants
  • Able to jump on ad hoc/urgent priorities when needed, requiring a high level of
  • autonomy and structured approach
  • Setting up meetings, researching, etc. to stay up to date on L&D trends
  • Ensuring all administration tasks are completed effectively and accurately
  • Ensuring that data on the L&D information system & E-learning Platform is up to date, maintained, input, stored and retrieved accurately
  • Maintaining all training records and ensuring KPI information that can be easily obtained and reported in a timely manner
  • Monitor and co-ordinate training, liaising with HR managers and other stakeholders across the business
  • To administer training evaluation forms and develop proactive recommendations for how to incorporate improvement points, as well as follow up with individuals to seek further feedback

Key skills/experience we are looking for:

  • Attention to detail, highly structured/organized
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verb
  • Prior exposure to the industry would be great but not essential
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to deliver tasks within a given timeframe and tight deadlines
  • Fast at learning to navigate new IT systems seamlessly, such as LMS
