The Opportunity

As a Survey Programmer , you will be be part of a global team responsible for successfully managing survey projects from start to finish. 

Responsibilities:

• -The role of the Survey Programmer is to execute on delivery of client provided questionnaires, providing feedback on drafts, 
• QA of web-based survey links to ensure error-free delivery, 
• Advising on survey design elements to elevate respondent experience and ensure quality data collection, troubleshooting on live surveys,
• Managing respondent quotas, supporting Delivery team with ongoing client programming questions, 
• Meeting or exceeding client driven delivery timelines. 
• This is an individual-contributor role with growth opportunities to lead programming team in future.

 Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics or related subject area
• Some experience programming within a major Survey Programming Platform (i.e., Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Knowledge and application of relevant programming languages (i.e., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.) would be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability, especially as it relates to navigating programming complications.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high throughput, deadline driven environment.
• Team player, comfortable contributing in a team environment.
• Intellectually curious – always looking to learn, develop, or engage with new findings.
• Highly effective communicator; not afraid to speak-up, challenge, be direct, outline needs, and manage expectations effectively.
