As a Survey Project Manager, you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders to facilitate efficient research design, survey programming, and coordination of its execution. The role requires daily interaction with Atheneum customers, presented by top leading consulting companies, corporate and investments firms, as well as internal survey team. Moreover, you will have the chance to contribute to a dynamic, growing company in a highly innovative industry with an excellent working atmosphere and great team spirit.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle client’s requests and manage client’s expectation on execution of on-line surveys, ensuring client response times
  • Survey feasibility assessment for projects including input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Scoping clients on programming requirements and review survey questionnaires
  • Communicate process and workflow changes to stakeholders and make sure that clients are up to date with the survey programming process (Kick off projects with Team, client scoping and debrief calls)
  • Analyze survey requirements and communicate feasibility and realistic deadlines of online survey execution to clients in partnership with Survey Controlling team
  • Conduct quality control of survey data

Profiles We are Seeking: 

  • Independent and willing to develop and learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle clients’ expectations
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • A methodical and logical approach to building surveys
  • Ability to verify and modify survey flow and survey logic
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to resolve operational problems independently
  • Previous experience in survey programming (Qualtrics, Decipher, Surveygizmo, Surveymonkey, others) is a plus
  • Background in market research, marketing, advertising, economics etc.
  • Experience in account management is a plus, but not a must
  • Statistical analysis skills and knowledge of R, Stata, SPSS, Tableau is a plus
