As a Talent Specialist:

You will be supporting our global internal recruitment team to source, interview and onboard top tier talent as we move into growth mode. We are actively seeking an individual with specialist experience recruiting in Korea/Japan who understands the education system and visa requirements locally. This role would suit an agency recruiter looking to move in-house, or someone with previous internal experience. The successful individual will be target driven, organized with strong skills in communication and candidate management. They will also be high energy and a positive influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a talent pool and proactively sourcing candidates for Operations as well as supporting other departments
  • Screening CVs for 'A-Players' and 1st round interviewing
  • Managing hiring managers and collaborating with the team to organize assessment centers
  • Proactively coming up with new initiatives to improve best practice
  • Assisting the team where needed with roles across our 11 global offices
  • Ad hoc tasks including reporting on hiring and retention rate

Profiles We Are Seeking:

  • Demonstrable track record of recruitment success. Ideally a blend of agency and inhouse experience.
  • Ability to handle and prioritise a varied workload from managing live roles across departments to thinking of new initiatives
  • Delivery focused with a strong ability to track recruitment data
  • Commercially minded with have a business approach to recruitment
  • Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility quickly
