Our Opportunity:

As a Team Lead, you will lead a team working with global life science consulting and corporate clients. Specifically, you will connect top life science and healthcare professionals with Atheneum’s clients to help them efficiently understand emerging therapies, innovative technologies and more.


Team Leads at Atheneum develop their client-facing, negotiation, communication, business development, project/account management, client service, and conflict resolution skills. Job requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing diverse global projects with high caliber clients, from business development through launch & closure
  • Managing client communication on project-related matters, including scoping, relationship management, and advising on our services
  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team to achieve revenue targets
  • Proactively contribute to expert recruitment to enhance successful business delivery
  • Active participation in company growth strategy, including training and process improvement

Ideal Candidates:

  • bring a base line understanding and interest in the life sciences/healthcare industry.
  • are excited to conduct efficient secondary research to identify & screen professionals with the right knowledge to fill our clients' knowledge gaps.
  • enjoy a fast-paced environment where they will manage numerous impactful projects.
  • have 2-4 years of relevant work experience within the Life Science space
  • have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in a science-related field) & noteworthy extracurricular leadership experience
  • have a proven track record of success in a professional field
  • speak English fluently (at a native-level)

Compensation:

• $71,000 USD + Performance Bonus
