The Opportunity:

As Atheneum enters hyper-growth mode we are seeking a Tech Recruiter with the knowledge and experience to attract, proactively source and onboard top-tier talent globally. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience recruiting in a tech space either agency side or building an internal team.

Ideally we are seeking a candidate with LinkedIn Recruiter experience, knowledge of Tech networking events, Stack Overflow or other sourcing channels. The successful individual will be target driven, organized with excellent stakeholder management skills. We are also seeking an individual who can support our local Operations Talent specialist.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with our Global Talent Manager and Tech Hiring Managers to define a Tech recruitment strategy
  • Creating a high-quality, organic Tech candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Careers Events, Networking events amongst others
  • Helping to manage agency engagement and Preferred Supplier list where necessary
  • Screening and first round interviewing for ‘A Players’
  • Facilitating first and second round interviews, collaborating with hiring managers
  • · Offer stage and partnering with HR General to onboard ‘A Players’ successfully

Job requirements

Profiles We Are Seeking:

  • 2 years or more Tech recruitment experience. This can be agency or in-house work experience
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and other Tech recruitment channels
  • Ideally a Bachelors in a relevant field
  • Highly organized and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
  • Team player, must enjoy working in a fast-pace Talent Team, partnering with internal hiring managers in their needs
