As an Talent Specialist: 

You will be supporting our global internal recruitment team to source, interview and onboard top tier talent as we move into growth mode. We are actively seeking an individual with specialist experience recruiting in Europe who understands the education system and visa requirements locally. This role would suit an agency recruiter looking to move in-house, or someone with previous internal experience. The successful individual will be target driven, organized with strong skills in communication and candidate management. They will also be high energy and a positive influence.  


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

-Creating a talent pool and proactively sourcing candidates for Tech as well as supporting other departments 

-Screening CVs for 'A-Players' and 1st round interviewing

-Managing hiring managers and collaborating with the team to organize assessment centres

-Assisting the team where needed with roles across our 11 global offices

-Ad hoc tasks including reporting on hiring and retention rate

Profiles We Are Seeking:

-Fluent English written and spoken. 

-Degree (Bachelors/MA) ideal

-At least 1-2 years experience recruitment experience, ideally in a Tech Space 

-Highly organized

-Proactive forward thinker
